How does the SOS button work?

Press and hold the SOS button for about 5 seconds and an alarm (if activated) will sound and a text message will be sent to up to 4 of your emergency contact numbers stored in your SOS contacts (as long as they are wireless numbers) advising each of them that you have an emergency and need immediate help. Afterwards it will call and make contact with the first number listed in your SOS contacts and if there is no answer, it will contact the next number, and so forth.

Does the monthly service charge include all taxes and fees?

Do our unused minutes rollover to next month?

No, all unused minutes expire at the end of the month.

Yes, on both plans you are able to send and recieve text messages.

What type of warranty is offered with the Free Senior phones?

There is a limited 60-day warranty on all handsets purchased. Please contact us to receive your RMA number for all warranty claims. Customer pays all shipping charges. Does not cover normal wear and tear or negligence by the subscriber. Does not cover lost or stolen phones. Does not cover physical or liquid damage. An Additional Full Protection Warrany may be purchased to protect the phone for up to 1 year and from any damage.

What is the Stolen/Blocked List?

Effective July 10th, 2012, all GSM phone and service providers will be required to report stolen GSM handsets to a database. Any phone on this Stolen/Block list will NOT be able to be used with our service or any other service provider. The creation of this database has been mandated by the FCC in an effort to limit the value of stolen handsets and prevent them from being reused.

How do I access my voicemail?

Access voicemail by dialing the number assigned to your phone and press talk.

How do I turn the phone ON or OFF?

Press and hold the "Red End" key for about 5 seconds until you see or hear the phone start up or power off.

Can I get a paper bill and mail in my payment?

No, we don't send paper bills in the mail, and service has to be paid for using a credit or debit card. Checks or money orders are not accepted.

Does the phone work in other countries?

Yes, our phone is a GSM quad-band/world phone that uses 850/900/1800/1900 MHz frequencies.

Can I use my own/different service provider?

Yes, our phone is an unlocked GSM quad band phone that is compatible with AT&T and T-mobile and any other unlocked GSM provider. Sprint and Verizon are not compatible, so please check with your service provider if uncertain.
